Open Code intelligence settings and inspect the clangd status. If the compilation database is missing, configure/build the native project with compile-command export enabled. Verify the database refers to the current source directory and SDK paths. Check generated headers and the selected build configuration. Preserve vendor .clangd configuration; inspect any old manual CPU/define overrides rather than assuming they are correct. If only register hover is missing, verify the SVD source and device name. If SDK symbols are missing, verify compiler include paths. These are separate data sources. Restart clangd after fixing the inputs. When reporting a failure, include one affected source file, its compile-command entry and the SDK/header path involved. Do not include unrelated proprietary source.
