Vendor and operation support

Prescaler does not replace SDK compilers, licensed vendor tools, probe firmware or device flash algorithms. Its unified UI sits above those tools where an integration exists.

Use this matrix as a compatibility starting point, not a certification for every board. Register descriptions, build support and debug support are independent.
